Essential features like share classes and transfers were buried too deep, and we understand the need for all cap table information to live together in one space.

We've made two key improvements to how you handle lapsing offers in Cake Equity. Whether you're offboarding someone who never returned from leave or accelerating vesting for a departing team member, these improvements make the process more intuitive and efficient.
