You can now apply vesting terms directly to share issuances on your cap table. This lets you add custom vesting arrangements to any shares, which is typically the case for founder shares.

You can now personalise messages within Cake's communication hub using dynamic variables!

Whether you're sending updates to investors, onboarding new team members, or engaging with advisors, these dynamic variables let you address each person by name. In other words, you can send personalized messages while saving time on manual personalisation.
