First things first, make sure you have created your account here if you haven't done so already, and take a moment to update your billing details here.
Generate your cap table, reports, and other documents from your existing platform. If you're migrating from Carta, here's a step by step guide.
In the app, proceed to "Add Shareholders" and/or use the import tool. It will prompt you to upload and submit your documents.
Sit back and relax

Cake will take it from here! Our onboarding team will start to upload your data and configure your account.
