What warrant features are currently available?

The current release includes warrant issuance (individual and bulk), lifecycle tracking (issue, exercise, lapse), vesting schedules, fully-diluted cap table calculations, document storage, and basic My Cake visibility.

Can I upload existing warrants?

Yes, you can bulk upload existing warrants via CSV or add them individually. For now, warrant agreements need to be created offline and uploaded as signed documents—automated contract generation is on our roadmap.
