There are two paths.
Do it yourself. If your cap table is straightforward, drop it into Cake and our tool reconciles your data. Our team is on hand to answer any questions along the way.
We do it for you. If your cap table is more complex, our team does the migration for you. Either way, we reconcile every row for accuracy, and nothing goes live until you've reviewed your cap table and signed off.
Yes. Migration support is included. No separate fee for moving your cap table to Cake.
We need three reports from Pulley: the Cap Table report, the Stakeholder report, and the Vesting Schedules report. We'll point you to exactly where to find each one.
Most cap tables can be migrated within 2–5 days, but timing depends on how complex your cap table is and what's in the queue. We'll tell you where you sit once we've seen your exported files.
Pulley shuts down on December 8, 2026, and you'll need to decide where your cap table goes by November 30. Start your migration well before then, so you have time to review your cap table in Cake and sign off without the last-minute rush.
Yes. If you're approaching a renewal deadline, tell us and we'll prioritize your migration.
Yes. We migrate your data first, so you can review the live cap table in Cake and sign off before you subscribe. You can also start free with no credit card.
Yes. We build out your full historical cap table, so you keep every past transaction. Vesting schedules come across in the Vesting Schedules report, and we check every row against your source data.
Yes. We import your historical valuations so they sit alongside your cap table.
If you've already paid Pulley for months you won't use, we credit the unused time toward your first year with Cake, up to six months. You shouldn't pay for two contracts when the shutdown wasn't your choice. The exact credit depends on your Pulley contract.
Show us what you're paying Pulley. Send us your Pulley invoice or contract (book a demo or email hello@cakeequity.com) and we'll work out your credit and get you as close as we can to what you pay now.
Only for stakeholders. There are no per-seat or admin-user fees, so add as many admins as you need. See full pricing at cakeequity.com/pricing.
