Who qualifies, and how do I get the YC alumni offer?

The 50% discount is for YC alumni companies. Book a quick call with our team and share your YC founder profile link so we can confirm your batch, then you will walk through the offer that fits your company together.

Do I need to be switching from another platform?

No. The deal applies whether you are moving from Pulley, Carta, or another platform, or setting up your first cap table from a spreadsheet.

How long does migration take?

Most cap tables can be migrated within 2-5 days, but timing depends on how complex your cap table history and equity structure is, and what is in the queue. We will tell you where you sit once we have seen your exported files. If you are approaching a renewal deadline, let us know and we can prioritize.

Is set up free?

Yes. Setup and migration support are included on every plan, with no separate fee.

Can I combine this YC deal with other offers?

We keep it to one offer per company so pricing stays simple. The YC deal does not combine with other discounts, VC partner offers, or referral rates.

I'm switching from Pulley. Is there anything else I need to know?

Pulley shuts down on December 8, 2026, with decisions due by November 30. If you have paid months left on your Pulley contract, you can take a switch credit for them instead of the 50% off, whichever works best for you.
