Personalise your communications with dynamic variables

You can now personalise messages within Cake's communication hub using dynamic variables!

Whether you're sending updates to investors, onboarding new team members, or engaging with advisors, these dynamic variables let you address each person by name. In other words, you can send personalized messages while saving time on manual personalisation.

• Use {{first_name}} to address people by their first name
• Use {{last_name}} to include their surname
• Use {{full_name}} or {{name}} to include their complete name
• Apply these variables to any message template in Cake Equity's Communications tool

Simply add the variables to your message templates and they'll automatically populate with the correct information for each recipient.
