Comments can be added from anywhere you view transactions—whether that's the transaction log, stakeholder views, or any other location in the platform.

You can now select between cumulative(holding) and transactional share certificates, depending on your jurisdiction's specific requirements and/or preferences. This is particularly important where different states require different share certificate types.
