Cake's reverse modeling tool is now live in beta! 

This feature flips the traditional cap table planning on its head. Instead of starting with your current position and modeling future rounds, you begin with your desired exit valuation and work backwards to see how much money you'll walk away with.

You can now attach documents directly to transactions, making it easily accessible for audit purposes, while keeping everything organized in one place.

Instead of uploading documents separately, you can go directly to a stakeholder's page or find their transaction in the log and click the attach icon to upload the document. The file automatically shares with the stakeholder and stays connected to that specific transaction.

You can now add custom legal text to your share certificates.
