Record MFN terms on your SAFEs

SAFEs in Cake now have support for a most favoured nation (MFN) clause and its start date, so the terms you signed are on record in full.

An MFN clause lets an investor switch to any better terms you later give another investor. You can now record it wherever you work with SAFEs:

• Tick MFN and add an optional start date when you add or edit a SAFE
• See both fields on the SAFE details page and as columns in your SAFEs table
• Include them in a bulk upload, or bring them across when you move from another platform
• Find them in your cap table download
