Streamlined lapsing for paused offers

We've made two key improvements to how you handle lapsing offers in Cake Equity.
Whether you're offboarding someone who never returned from leave or accelerating vesting for a departing team member, these improvements make the process more intuitive and efficient.
What you can do:
- Lapse previously paused offers directly (without needing to resume them) — ideal for bad leavers, or instances where employees go on leave but never return to work
- Fully accelerate offers during the lapse process — perfect for good leavers, or departing team members who deserve full vesting acceleration
These enhancements work seamlessly with Cake Equity's existing offboarding workflow, giving you more flexibility when processing departures.
