When team members log into their My Cake app, they'll see their personalized goal front and center, reminding them what they're working towards. Buying a home, traveling the world, funding education, or building financial security—goals that help make equity feel tangible and motivating. 

How it works:

• Add a custom goal name, description, and emoji if you like
• See your goal displayed prominently each time you log in
• Access snapshot views of your current equity value
• Use the advanced calculator to explore different scenarios
• Read equity explainers with one-click access
