As Chief Growth Officer at Stept Studios, Meredith has driven the company’s expansion into new creative and entertainment divisions, securing long-term partnerships with brands such as Snap, Salomon, Marriott and Angel Margarita. She also led the development of Stept’s entertainment division, solidifying its position at the intersection of branded content and entertainment. Meredith is passionate about mentoring the next generation of media and entertainment leaders.
Karen Pfeifer – Chief AI Officer, Pythian
Karen Pfeifer's expertise is in data and AI strategy, with multiple Fortune 100 companies including Disney/Hulu, Comcast/NBCU, and DIRECTV/AT&T leading data-driven strategy, business transformation, and innovative solution design.
Jason Fielding – Founder, Voice Capital
Jason Fielding comes from a global career in sports and entertainment as an agent and consultant and for the past four years has connected those industries through the Voice Capital initiative. For over twenty-five years, Jason worked with clients and partners including FIFA, Live Nation, Scuderia Ferrari, Manchester United, Liverpool F.C., The Walt Disney Company, Warner Music and talent from the US, UK and Australia. Jason was an early member of Octagon in the UK and created Octagon’s entertainment division in London before moving to Australia with Octagon in 2004. In 2007, Jason founded The Sound Campaign, which became Australia’s leading music and entertainment agency, which eventually joined forces with Endeavor, where he became a Senior Vice President and Managing Director. In 2020, Jason founded Voice Capital in collaboration with Main Sequence, APAC’s largest Deep Tech Venture Capital fund with $1b AUM to connect science and culture with venture capital through storytelling.
Will Ward – Founder & Managing Partner, Fourward Ventures
Will Ward is a seasoned entertainment executive, entrepreneur, and investor whose career spans talent representation, music management, and venture capital.
Ward began his career at Creative Artists Agency (CAA) and later joined Endeavor, where he represented a roster of globally recognized talent including Adam Sandler, Dustin Hoffman, Ryan Reynolds, Mark Wahlberg, and others. After leaving Endeavor, he founded a management company where he guided and built the careers of some of the industry’s most prominent names, including Chris Hemsworth, Liam Hemsworth, Brie Larson, Jacob Elordi, Zac Brown Band, and Dead & Company.
Expanding beyond management, Ward launched Fourward Ventures in 2022, a venture capital fund with investments in more than 25 companies across diverse industries. In 2024, he further broadened his scope by establishing a record label in partnership with Warner Music Group.
Ward serves on multiple boards, including as lead investor and director at Telly, and as a board member of JRNYS and Mermaid Gin, where he recently acquired a controlling stake alongside his partner Jim Clerkin, former CEO of Moët Hennessy. He also serves on the Entertainment Advisory Board for the Nuclear Threat Initiative (NTI).
With proven success across film, music, and finance, Ward continues to drive innovation at the intersection of entertainment, entrepreneurship, and global investment.
Stephen Cronan – Founder & Executive Advisor
Stephen Cronan is a CEO and technology leader with a unique track record at the intersection of business and innovation in media and entertainment. He founded and led 5th Kind, the industry’s leading digital asset management platform, guiding its adoption across major studios and through to its strategic acquisition.
Today, Stephen advises AI product companies and consults with Warner Bros. on building next-generation AI pipelines for creative production. His work centers on orchestrating agentic swarms, scaling digital organizations, and applying AI to transform content creation and operational workflows.
