Documents tab, redesigned

The Documents tab has been rebuilt. Search across every folder, switch between folder and list views, and share, move or rename any document from one menu. Cake keeps all your paperwork in one place, and finding a specific document should take seconds.

What you can do:

• Search by name across your folders, and inside any folder. Results show you which folder each document sits in
• Switch between folder and list views. Cake remembers which you prefer
• Share, move, duplicate, rename or delete any document or folder from its Actions menu
• See at a glance what a folder holds, when it last changed, and who it is shared with

Stakeholders see the same clarity on their side. They pick a company, see the documents shared with them, and can preview a document full screen or download it.
