Cake now runs an MCP server. MCP is the open standard AI assistants use to connect to tools, so it works in whatever you already have open.

- What did we grant the last few engineers, and on what vesting?
- When does Sam’s cliff land?
- Summarise our SAFEs by cap and discount.
- Who holds what, by share class?
Everything is read-only. Your assistant reads shareholders, share classes, grants, vesting schedules and convertibles. Issuing, editing and deleting stay in the app behind the usual approvals.
