First things first, make sure you have created your account hereif you haven't done so already, and take a moment to update your billing details here.

Generate your cap table, reports, and other documents from your existing platform. If you're migrating from Carta, here's a step by step guide.

In the app, proceed to "Add Shareholders" and select the "Let Us Help" option. It will prompt you to upload and submit your documents.

Sit back and relax

2-3 days

Cake will take it from here! Our onboarding team will start to upload your data and configure your account.

Power-up session

It's time for a power-up call! We'll schedule a call with you to run through your cap table set up and answer whatever questions you have.
