What is a stakeholder?

Anyone who currently holds securities in your company - shareholders, option holders, note holders, RSU and RSA holders, and warrant holders.

Is 409A included?

Yes! Team includes two 409As (worth $3k). You can also add a 409A to any other annual plan for only $1,500.

Is migration free?

Yes, and it's accurate. Whether you're moving from Carta, another platform, or a spreadsheet, we handle the full transfer for free. Every row is reconciled - SAFEs, option grants, vesting schedules - and you verify everything is right before we switch you over. Most migrations complete in 3-5 business days.

Do you offer startup discounts?

Cake is built primarily for startups, especially seed to Series A. For companies at an earlier stage, Cake is free for up to 5 stakeholders.

Do you have plans for Crowd Sourced Funding (CSF) companies?
