A stakeholder is anyone on your cap table — founders, employees with options, investors, advisors. If they hold equity or have a signed note, they count as one stakeholder. Observers or read-only users (like accountants) don't count.
You'll get a reminder 3 days before your trial ends. If you don't upgrade, your account moves to the Free plan — your data stays safe and you can still access everything up to 5 stakeholders. Nothing gets deleted.
