🧪 What you’ll do:
Utilise design thinking to redefine the way startup founders handle equity and employees engage with it, creating innovative and user-centric solutions
Collaborate across teams to make the complex simple (eg make it easy for startup teams to get the most out of their equity
As part of a tight-nit product team, you will be the go-to on the design and UX process, with a focus on data centric decisions.

A product-problem solver, with a design-focused mindset and an eagle eye for the big picture as well as the finer details
You’re not afraid to speak to customers, or dig into the data.
You believe that good design goes beyond aesthetics - it’s about what the customer can become through using our products.
You know that the best way to learn is by doing as part of a team. Test & learn is life.
